Martha Jackson, after successfully becoming a U.S. citizen, worked as a Contract file clerk for the USCIS. She personally sorted through hundreds of applications. After working for the USCIS, she volunteered for many years to help family and friends fill their immigration paperwork the right way. Today, she has partial accreditation by the DOJ

Jimmy Jackson

Former immigration officer (USCIS)

Jimmy Jackson worked the last 15 years before his retirements as an Immigration Officer for the USCIS. As an officer, he handled green card approvals, interviewed applicants for citizenship, and did community relations for USCIS. During his time as an officer, he met and married Martha Jackson. Today, he is fully accredited and certified by the DOJ.

TCCS is recognized by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to perform immigration work, such as consultations, provide immigration procedure advice, represent clients at Department of Homeland Security hearings/interviews, and Immigration Court representation

Appointments are completely free. They can be done in-person, or over the phone.

Costs vary depending on your case. Generally, because of our non-profit status, we provide very affordable services to help our community.

Because TCCS is not a lawyer firm, we can’t represent you if you have a criminal case. We can, however, guide you in the right direction so you can get the legal representation you need.

Every immigration procedure requires different documents. During our appointment, we will point you to the specific documents your case requires.
